New series: Tip of the week. First up, TeuxDeux

Welcome to my new series, Tip of the Week. As the names suggests, I’m going to share one piece of advice or tool each week with you from the various things I use that make my working life so much easier. The first features TeuxDeux, an online to do list I swear by. More on that in the video below.

The screencast showing you how to use it is here.

excellent advice Gemma, I’ll be checking it out as soon as I’ve finished typing this

  2. I’m liking this series already.
As a man who desperately needs to move away from to do lists on paper – that get doodled all over and coloured in everytime I pick up the telephone – this is great.
I agree the date movement thing looks a bit ponderous – particularly as one of the benefits of this would be to plonk future actions in future dates – but you would think they would modify that in time.
    Thanks Gemma – I am now a TeuxDeux-er.

PS – just as proof of its effectiveness – great news that you managed to complete the `eat lunch` task on Tuesday. Pheeewww.

Nice. Anything that might make me more organised. An app would certainly make it even more compelling….

  4. MMmm I like! Could be a great tool for sharing a to do list with others in the office – I will be investigating … when I finish writing my own blog entries :-)
