Back in July 2009, Eric Qualman released a great video entitled ‘Is Social Media a Fad’ which was full of some interesting stats. Well he’s now released an update, with some equally good stats that support the use of social media. Well worth a watch. (Hat tip to Adam Cohen for bringing this to my attention on his blog)
