Developing a social media strategy

Last year I wrote a series of blog posts taking readers through each stage of developing a social media strategy. They were the most popular posts I’ve written and are still shared regularly. So, as they’re still relevant, I thought I’d publish them again for those that missed the series the first time round. They’re also available as a
free ebook if you find that easier to digest.
Getting Buy In
Identifying Goals and Objectives
Finding Your Audiences
Developing Tactics
Metrics and Measurement
The Content Plan
Defining Your Resources
Guidelines and Training
Ongoing Management and Beyond
I hope these are a useful resource. Of course if you’d like to add anything, hit the comments box below.
